Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused

  • In their original packaging

  • In the same condition as received

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used eye lenses cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if there is an issue.
